👕 HTV Heat Transfer Vinyl for T-Shirts - 12x12 ft Rolls (Black) Review

I bought this to make some t-shirts with my Cricut for the first time. It was very easy to weed. My t-shirts look professional and I am ready to make many more t-shirts for myself and as gifts. Great product for a beginner. It was a little difficult for me to understand what was in front and what was behind. but with my corner weeding tool i could poke a small hole and figure it out also works to start the weeding process.

After finally figuring out the right settings for my cameo 2, it was great. (Blade 5, Speed 8, Strength 12, 2 passes). This is thicker vinyl. But it's easy to weed after changing the settings. It is pressed perfectly (300 degrees in 15 seconds). Hot scrub. Overall I am very happy with this vinyl and will order again. So much cheaper than the branded ones and definitely worth it. Don't be shy, just know that you need to make the right adjustments.

This material is very thick. It is also very difficult to see to weed. The adhesion works well. I'd use it as a last resort, but do yourself a favor and stick with a well-known brand like Siser if you care a lot about it. You save a lot of time. I can only give 2 stars because it's so hard to see weeding it. I should mention, though, that it weeds well if you can see where to gather. Even the light table didn't help.

I bought this vinyl thinking it was a good deal after reading the positive reviews. I was very disappointed in him for two reasons. First, he's really fat. I had the settings in the usual place for a slick htv and wasted a large chunk of that vinyl because it didn't cut deep enough. I've had good and bad experiences with thermal transfer vinyl, but this material is really good. It is easy to work with, can be rolled out evenly, adheres very well to the fabric and is easy to rinse out even with intricate designs. If you are using a Cricut machine use the Iron On+ setting as the normal Iron On setting will not cut all the way through making weeding very difficult. All in all, if you got the setup right, this is a great vinyl that I enjoy working with.
