It is not cheap, it fully justifies the cost. One of my best purchases. Actually I have a black one, I've traveled with it and use it at home. If something happened to him, I would take someone else.

I have an inflatable lumbar pillow in the car and one at home. They provide excellent support when sitting in chairs or seats that don't have enough lower lumbar support. Convenient to take with you when travelling.

Folds up into a nice little bag to put in your purse. I'm mostly happy with it, although the fabric is a bit slippery. So if I lean forward in a theater chair, it can slip between the rumble seat and the backrest. But overall, this is a little pillow from heaven.

The worst is a long bus ride. I love to travel so if I'm unlucky with an upgrade it will be the bus. And that lumbar pillow is the best investment you can make. Seriously, this will change your life! I kept buying things to make my flights more comfortable. Save money and just buy this pillow.

It really works wonders for lower back support on airplane seats. I'm short so the seats don't support me and cause back pain. It worked great! I even forgot it on the plane and immediately ordered another one to be delivered to my place of visit so I can have it on my return flight! My husband loves it too!

A savior for my last 11 hours of flights and busy days on the road. With a herniated disc and two herniated discs, this trip was a major ordeal. But a little extra inflation has given me solid lumbar support on airplanes and hard seats. I left the pretty pouch at home and rolled up the pal very tightly to make sure the valve was closed. It fits easily in my large purse.

They adjust the amount of air you fill in so that it easily adapts to many different seats on the plane. When deflated, it easily fits in a backpack or carry-on luggage. It is positioned as "self-inflating", at best it is something between lies and hypocrisy. I had to inflate it with my mouth. Deflating more than a quarter of an inch meant opening the valve and squeezing it to deflate, and reinflating more than a quarter of an inch required re-inflation by mouth. Complete deception. I figured that for it to inflate itself (and at this price point) it would have to have a small air motor powered by a 9 volt battery or something. Maybe at $5 it's a humorous gift,

I bought this product in May this year and was unable to use it until recently due to Covid-19. I flew home and heard something "clapping" behind me. It was a pillow. I was very disappointed that the first time I used this pillow (3rd August) the stitching came undone. I have used many pillows over the years that I have flown. Airplane seats do not have lumbar support. One problem with non-inflatable items is that you cannot adjust the thickness. Depending on the aircraft and class you're sitting in, it may be too elaborate or too flimsy. This is fully adjustable with a valve. More importantly, it's the perfect size.
