A bit loose but it allowed for a nice hang around so I didn't mind. I have had this hat for a long time, but until recently it was not possible to wear it. It was great for about two weeks but I was going to wear it today and the top came open and now it's just a gaping hole. Very disappointed as it was a good hat until it fell apart.

This hat is perfect with just the right amount of slippers and it's the PERFECT pink. I have a big head and it can be a challenge to finding a cap that is actually a little loose and doesn't fly off the head. This one is in the Goldilocks range (see photo). The cap is very warm, but in the Montana winter it didn't sweat on the street. It did no lining so you can wear it with a hat in very cold and windy conditions to keep the wind out.Like all knitted hats it lets air through.The stitch pattern
