Great for those who are new to this type of information.

I have become very interested in alternative therapies lately and find it extremely useful to have on hand as it gives me instant access to information. And I don't have to take my phone or laptop with me, which can only be a distraction.

Pros
  • Back Massagers
Cons
  • Not sure

Reversible, one size fits all

Simple and concise, it shows the areas for myofascial relaxation. This is probably clear to anyone who purchases this product, but myofascial relaxation involves gently scraping or massaging areas to break up adhesions or reduce inflammation along the muscle fascia, which is the thin tissue that surrounds all muscles. The size is small enough to hang on the door but big enough to be read. A good product.

Pros
  • Wellness & Relaxation
Cons
  • Very expensive

Trigger Point Anatomy Map - Office Wall Poster for Reference I am not a professional massage therapist or physical therapist, just curious about trigger points. A few years ago I had buttock pain that got worse for 2 years. It got so bad that I found it difficult to walk very far, sit for long periods, and the pain woke me up at night. After researching the internet, I found out that I have Piriformis Syndrome. After looking further, I found that I could probably get a back injection to get rid

Pros
  • Massage Tools & Equipment
Cons
  • Unsure
