    5 Stars. Please read

I'm not sure if some people in other reviews are using it correctly. My god I can't imagine why anyone would need a bevel on a piece of plywood with an edge. I ordered this despite the reviews and just loosened the screws for the beveling blades and slid them out a bit so they don't touch the work piece. This product works as it should and I think it costs accordingly. If you're trying to "soften" the edge for painting, simply run a sanding block, rotary sander, or hand plane over the corner at

Weak and Fast, on Router Bits

Don't Spend $20 or even $10. Might be good for $5 to break down the tool box. First, there is nothing to hold the left and right wedges together. You throw them pop. You toast, they show up. Of the two tension springs, one popped out and hid somewhere in the store to find it in the next scoop, and then I put it back with a compliment of a bumpy ride while I shaved the edge. Blades dull upon arrival. Still, there should be a decent cut. I don't know if it's just this brand or a specific…

A nifty device that works well but has limitations

I used it to trim the oak edge of 3/4 inch plywood. It works well where it can reach and is especially good when you have an edge with no obstacles. But if you're doing this on an assembled piece, like a bookcase or (in my case) kitchen cabinets, the cut will start and end about 2 inches from the crossbar, and you'll have to use a razor or utility knife. to finish the rest. It can grab a 1-1/4" thick edge, but for more you'll need to separate the two halves (don't lose the springs!) and run it…
