Gotta say that I am very impressed. I purchased this to get me through longer runs, (5-10) miles. I have a Camelback Lobo which is OK, but way too bulky, and it takes a minute to fill and gear up. I never needed or wanted anywhere close to the 3 liters the Camelback holds. I have traditionally run with a waist pack for my phone ( music and to tracks my runs). This is the first time I’ve tried a hydration vest. I was looking for a way to stay hands free while running. The vest looks and fits great. Love the color. Very adjustable. The mesh pocket in the back is great for extras that don’t need to be within easy reach. Like my gloves after I’m warmed up and want to take them off. Ok so Product was as described, as a 5'10 man 170+ lb its a little weird. I kind of felt like the scene from the Tommy Boy where Chris Farley was singing Fatboy in a little suit. Its a little small. Hot humid running is a nightmare without hydration and my usual Hydration belt with two 10oz bottles is not sufficient for Illinois summer heat runs of more than 5k. Currently training for a half marathon and despite not initially wanting a vest, I soon realized I couldn’t carry enough water bottles! This is my first running vest. Got it while training long runs for a half marathon. Works great to hold your phone, keys, and fuel. Two things I wish could be improved is the fit. I am bigger guy who works out so the fit on the chest is kinda snug. I needed to expand all the straps to the maximum. It fits but no extra room. So if you use a jacket I don’t think it would fit. Excellent vest for outdoor activities. I have used this vest on several occasions (cycling and running) and have only one minor issue. Since I will mainly use it for running, I found that when I do run, my hands will hit/rub against the water bottles which are located in the front of the vest. I don't know if this is really a knock on the vest since I do tend to run with my hands close to my side/chest. I love love love the hydration pack but the bladder was disappointing. The bladder held up for a few weeks but one day as I was getting ready to leave for my run I felt a wet area on my side. I took the pack off and discovered that it was drenched. When I pulled the bladder out, it was leaking from the side seam and completely unfixable. Thankfully I packed extra water and the park where I was running had working fountains.

I have been wanting a vest like this for awhile. Been using this during my training for a half marathon in the Texas heat. With ice water in it, it will keep you a little cool. I was worried about it bouncing but I have not had any issues with bounce and the pockets on the straps will hold a large phone and extra water bottles.
