For the money it can't be beat. I'm no fan of metal grommets, but some bungee loops help keep them from pulling out. The small tarp makes a good, single person shelter. With six stakes, rope, a poly ground sheet and a stuff sack my entire shelter weighs 1lb 1oz. Beat that for all less than $20! I like the small well enough that I ordered the medium for more luxurious accommodations.

This product worked as intended and is very light. it is essentially a rain fly so it is quite thin. We have used it on grass so we have not had any issues but it may be too thin for bare ground where punctures can occur.

Excellent water proofing for all kinds of applications. Used as a rainfly for a two person hammock and it was more than enough! Great material that stays quiet. Secure, double stitched and layered grometing on the corners and middle. Very durable as a tent pad, too. We took it to the lake to use as ground cover while picnicking and it was wonderful- easy to clean, too. Worth every penny.

We used this as a boom tent to keep dew off of our sailboat deck at night, it worked great in light dew but heavier moisture at night did permeate the fabric. The grommets also rusted a bit after just 7 nights’ use.

I bought the small one to use as a ground cloth/footprint for my tent, and as a ground cloth under my hammock. I now have a larger one to use as a tarp over my hammock as well. Great for both uses. Grommets are decent strength and lightly reinforced. Rather lightweight material makes packing and carrying a breeze. So far they have both shed light rain and snow equally well. They may suffer a bit in high winds, but that's the trade-off for weight, I think. Will have to be careful of punctures…

This survived with me for 1.5 years in the New Zealand bush. Lived under it in a hammock for 3 months, never got a drop on me even in heavy winds. It also survived the NZ summer sun with minimal bleaching which my paracords did not.

Used this as a rain fly for my hammock in a recent summer camp, had rains on couple of night, big stormy weather and this sheet worked very well with zero droplet of rain into the hammock, nice design with harness holes for tie ropes, I highly recommend this product.
