🐎 Troxel Liberty Equestrian Riding Helmet Review

This is a lightweight, good value helmet but definitely not a low profile. It makes my head huge even if it fits. For now this will fit and I like the customize watch face feature. Good quality and it will protect me, looks aren't everything! I usually wear medium hats but using the size chart I went for the large ones. Lining and padding create a snug, but not tight, fit. The straps needed adjusting and there was a lot of chin strap left over. I can't wait to trot in my Troxel.

It was exactly as I expected and arrived very quickly! (I ordered Friday night and received the following Monday.) This is a great price as I believe the manufacturer really wanted a few bucks more and the XS is perfect for my 2.5 year old! I love this helmet! I love deep, rich colors. It's comfortable to wear, although I wish they would offer an XL size in this style like they do with other models. I have to open the size adjuster all the way so it comes out of the helmet to put it on my head. However, it works well and the manufacturer states that it is still safe. I've been wearing Troxel riding helmets for at least 10 years, once I was thrown from my horse and the helmet took the hit and broke my head! So I was very disappointed when I put this helmet on. I doubted the size but looked through almost all the reviews and decided to try the medium.
