Order one size smaller. - Watersports

My son usually wears youth size 14/16 or adult small. This swim shirt (size 16) was too big for him. We didn't want it to be skin tight, but we didn't want it to baggy either, which it was. I should have ordered 14.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Some bugs

Not worth it and not a swim shirt

This is not a swim shirt, it's a regular shirt - not tight on the body like a swim shirt, it's just loose, definitely not what I wanted for my son for swimming, but I think he can wear a $15 shirt to school and buy it at Walmart for $6

Pros
  • Hands free work
Cons
  • I don't remember

Swim shirt style is oversized

My 6 year old son is of average height, slim build and usually wears a size 6/7, sometimes a size 5. I ordered xxs(6) and it's quite long, to cover his bottom, and very roomy. I think it's more like 8. The material is exactly what I expected, the quality is ok.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Exchange availability

Too big runs small

Carter's Shark swimsuit for £5. I got the red shirt underneath in xxxs (4) for this order. He is too big! He won't be able to wear it for long. It weighs 33 pounds and is carried by 3 to 4/5 boys depending on the brand, but it's far from the same family size.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Only available in black

Ok but not what was expected.

Definitely not a bathing suit. Doesn't stretch at all and runs a bit big. It appears to be a lightweight, quick-drying fabric, and the color is nice and bright, making it easy to see in crowded areas. Good for a child who needs a shirt for decency but not a garment that slides down the body or is comfortable to move.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Hard to say

Note the difference in size!

Please note that two different styles of shirts are manufactured differently. Despite being the same brand and manufacturer and saying 'Medium 12' on the tag, the style is true to size with different colored sleeves and a higher neckline. Solid color shirts are at least one size larger than stated on label. See photos for comparison.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Updates

Crazy sizes! for sport

I had to reorder about 3 times because of the crazy size tag. I tried to follow the scheme but it didn't work. I needed size 5/6 for my 6 year old. So I bought a size S but when I received it it said size 10! So I went back and got size XS but it said size 8! So I tried again and got a size 3XS but it was a size 4! Argg. I only put it on to check and hope for the best and it fit him! With free space? Strange size. But a good shirt for swimming.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Decent quality but HUGE for kids size

I am 9 years old. eldest daughter, 87lbs and 4ft 6in - she normally fits a size 12 kid these days so I ordered a very large size thinking she might grow into it a bit. It's big for me and I'm a fairly tall woman (size 12 ladies) so I kept it to myself and ordered a medium for her - it's still HUGE on her. I think she needs a small one or maybe a very small one? It would be nice if the size was a little more accurate.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Negative gift

Beautiful but the size is not the same and the scheme is wrong.

Good quality rash guard my son likes it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the very small size was supposed to be a 4-6, but we got a very small 8. Obviously it's big for my 4 year old but he liked the fit so we kept it. . They appear to be a little eight so their sizing doesn't match the size chart but they are decent rashguards. They also seem to make the perfect sports shirts. Overall I would recommend if you can get what you are looking for.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad but...
