Didn’t last 8 hrs - my new review

This is mostly a great product for a bigger dog that chews and plays hard with toys. Problem was the "nose” is a weak spot and our dog found this vulnerable spot right away.

Pros
  • This is my dogs favorite toy. Indestructible and super cute
Cons
  • Destroyed within a week.... sad it didn’t seem to live up to its name.

Great, but weak ears

Was great for about three weeks! Then, my chewer found a weak seam and went to town on disemboweling the toy. Still lasted longer than most toys, but the ears and head are a weak point.

Pros
  • The toy's tough design means your dog won't be able to shred it to pieces - even if they try!
Cons
  • The multiple layers of this toy only serve to complicate and slow down playtime, resulting in a bored or frustrated dog who just wants to move on to something more engaging

We were very excited when the Tuffy arrived! The bear looked extremely sturdy and well made. When we gave it to him, he loved it. I turned my back for a few minutes and couldn’t believe that he was able to chew right through its leg. I know it’s not a chew toy. I thought it would have lasted longer than a couple hours. Being that he isn’t a large breed dog I thought this would be perfect for him. I am a little bit disappointed

Pros
  • It floats, so it's perfect for water playtime
Cons
  • The bear's squeaker is often too loud, and can be disruptive to the household or cause discomfort to the dog's ears

But it is well worth it over how happy she gets for these

We don't buy our dog soft toys very often because she's quite the heavy chewer. This toy last a little longer than most but she did get through to the stuffing eventually. But it is well worth it over how happy she gets for these toys

Pros
  • It's a great investment in your dog's entertainment and overall well-being
Cons
  • This toy is not suitable for outdoor play, as its soft material attracts moisture and dirt, resulting in less-than-sanitary playtime

Not dog likable for my opinion

Hard as a rock and no squeak. That's my review. Two French bulldogs and they love their toys but will not play with these. They hold up well.

Pros
  • Squeak Toys
Cons
  • My dog had it obliviated in minutes, not strong at all

Very though toy! for my opinion

This toy is so hard my pitbull has not been able to rip it apart like he normally does with all the other toys he gets. I highly recommend this for any aggressive chewer.

Pros
  • Rated 7 on the TuffScale
Cons
  • Bought this for my aggressive chewer 5lb Yorkie. In around 1 hr he was able to start chewing thru it

Destroyed in under 10 mins

I wanted to love this. It was cute and felt sturdy when I took it out of the package. My Bernese mountain dog had the stuffing out in under 10 mins. For the price, this is exceptionally disappointing!

Pros
  • It's a great way to keep your dog entertained, even if you're not able to spend time with them all day
Cons
  • The TUFFY Zoo Junior Bear's bright colors and loud squeaker can be overstimulating for some dogs, making it a poor choice for those with sensitivities or anxiety

SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT

The Tuffy bear was very poor quality. The material & construction was substandard. Most of the Tuffy toys are well constructed & durable; unfortunately this toy was not. It didn't last 1 day.

Pros
  • The toy is easy to carry and store, so you can take it with you on the go
Cons
  • Despite claims of strength and durability, this toy can easily be ripped apart or punctured, resulting in the potential for choking hazards or other injuries to the dog

Lasted 3.5 minutes: my feedback

We were excited to give this for Xmas this year, thinking we finally found her match. Definitely tough but we've got cheaper toys that latest longer

Pros
  • Toy was as expected. Packaging was appropriate. Sturdy toy.
Cons
  • The lobster was fine but my small dog ate the nose off the bear within minutes

I had high hopes for this as it is described as a very tough toy. We opened box today, took tag off it, gave it to our dog, and then poof! Fuzz all over the place. The face portion was easily chewed off immediately. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Pros
  • Made with nylon webbing stitched over multiple layers, your dog can chew, bite and play with the TUFFY toy without tearing it apart
Cons
  • Horrible. My GSP tore the leg off in 30 seconds!

Not so tuff: my feedback

I have had tuff toys for quite some time. This is the only one my dog has been able to rip up within hours. All other tuff toys lasted me MONTHS. it seems as if the bear had lazy stitching.

Pros
  • Will last a good while thank god
Cons
  • Some Tuffy toys are great some aren’t

Skip this one. The felt is VERY thin.

I've like all the Tuffy toys I've bought (about 10). Unfortunately the large bear, while nice to look at, has very thin felt. It didn't last more than a day or two. I had better luck with the smaller one.

Pros
  • The toy is designed to stimulate your dog's mind and body, helping them to stay active and healthy
Cons
  • Despite being advertised as suitable for tug-of-war, many dogs find it difficult to get a grip on the toy, resulting in a lackluster interactive experience

Major Waste Of Money

I was excited to get "TUFF" toys for my 2 dogs only to be disappointed! This was a waste of my money. For $42 I was expecting them to last at least a few months and they didn't even last 20 minutes. I would love to return them to you but there are only shreds left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Pros
  • The toy is comfortable and soft, making it perfect for dogs that like to snuggle and play
Cons
  • The TUFFY Zoo Junior Bear may be advertised as durable and tough, but it's actually quite easy to tear apart, making it a poor investment for any pet owner looking for a long-lasting toy
