Similar in size to Howie the Horse, TRex

If you read reviews on these toys, you may have seen a few of mine. To date we have owned 1 small blue shark (when she was a puppy), 1 Pink Pig (as a bigger puppy), 3 TRex, 2 Pterodactyls, 1 Turkey, and probably 3 Howie the Horses.Howie the Horse is Mama's FAVORITE. Stay away! best in my review

We purchased the Junior size, and my dog had it in 3 pieces in 5 minutes, and all the stuffing gutted in 10 minutes. We were hoping that the tuffy rating meant it would last at least for a week or so. I would not recommend this product.

Aggressive chewers choice

Tuffy toys are the only thing that stands a chance against my pit/boxer mix. I've purchased many of their items and I've been pleased with them all.

Pros
  • This toy has been played with and chewed on for a week now and no holes or stuffing coming out yet.

  • No beagle proof. Didn't last the puppy two weeks.

Weak seams: my feedback

The entire seam on the leg tore within minutes of very light play. Thanks for attention! Extremely disappointing quality for the price.

Changing my review on my review.

Originally I was disappointed because my 3 month pup chewed off the ear. But now after a month it is the only stuffed toy remaining! It is worth the steep price

Okay for the money on my review.

I've purchased probably +10 different Tuffy stuffed toys for my 2 dogs and this one lasted a few days. Luckily, my dogs still enjoy playing with it even after all the stuffing has been ripped out.

This is after a few hours of play or the giraffe had a twelve pack of tacos from taco bell. The dog liked the toy. That's why I gave it three stars. Based on its toughness it woukd be less.

poor Girard the Giraffe only made it 2 days

Usually this brand lasts month for us. poor Girard the Giraffe only made it 2 days. our dog found a weak spot and exposed it. Perhaps we got a dud.

Truly nearly indestructible.

My dog loves to just try and destroy any toy we buy for her or anything she can get ahold of without us looking. She has crushed solid plastic hockey balls, shredded all sorts of the "indestructible" Kong toys to shreds, and even rips apart her thick tug-of-war ropes we get her.Now it took some time for her to warm up to this toy, she was quite scared of it at first due to its size (haha) but now she loves to try and tear it apart and just cannot seem to do it. Pretty much indestructible

This is the most durable toy I have found as of yet. It's pretty rad. Also it's giant. My dog is only about 30lbs and it's about his size. He really likes it though and has yet to make it to the fluff which is all I wanted. He struggles to drag it around the room it's pretty hilarious. It's everything I expected and more.

Lasted a solid hour and a half before my dog .

We were initially excited because the toy felt quite durable, but it unfortunately lasted a solid hour and a half before my 50lb dog chewed off the ears and ripped out the stuffing. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Or ear. A giraffe is only as strong as its weakest ear.
