This is the band and case I was looking for. Great case! The sleeve stretches just enough to fit your iPod Nano 7 and is snug enough not to let go. Comes with a soft and elastic strap so it fits a wide range of arm sizes. The bandage is also removable so you can simply use the excellent silicone skin for protection when not in use. The standard strap supplied is not particularly long. Just fits and nothing more. If you don't like it, the company will send you a longer version for free. It seems to me that by adding just 2 inches to a standard dressing they would save a lot of money and save customers like me from buying this product, getting it and if it doesn't work then waiting.
