The sticker is not strong enough to hold the lampshade - even after trimming the bottom they will fall off after a few hours. I also removed the clips but then the shadow didn't go down far enough. They're made out of thick paper, so don't expect expensive plastic or composite here. They are perfect for what I need them for.
