Fragile merchandise was included in box with heavy tower fan.

The top of ring was broken off base. It was thrown into same box as tower fan. So I don't know when it was broken. Not happy but who's responsible and who's going to fix this ?

  • The ring may not fit properly or be comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
