Stamped steel so fits the drill press not very well, very thin so small drill bits are difficult to center but otherwise works as it should

Graduations are very poor, hard to see, I would have spent a few dollars more and gotten a proprietary tool with little quality control for teaching

I'm in a hurry to order this thing. It's my fault for not thinking. I already have several other protractors and angle finders that work. In fact, an operation had to be performed on the file before it could be used. Nothing good will come of it with drill bits under 1/4 inch.
