Self locks to the surfaces, no fall outs. Encases/protects the wires and cables for the full unobstructed pass through of 1 1/2" diameter. No tools used to lock. Works for all surfaces 3/8” to 1” thick, use hole saw 2 3/8" drill bit or any sheetrock type hand saw. Indoor/outdoor use, reusable for relocation.

Good product! on Gaskets

I have just completed the installation of two JBL Products "Twist Lock Gaskets". The products arrived quickly and I was prompt impressed by its excellent construction and durability.Installation was easy, the instructions gave me all the information I needed.I bought this unit to be able to move some electrical equipment.I needed to run some electrical and computer cables between rooms and "Grommet" offered me an attractive and easy to install solution.

Easy to install, wouldn't bother with a 2 3/8 " saw if your size is similar.

I bought a pair of these for the rear channel speaker wires that are in the wall. I already had a hole saw set with 2 1/4" and 2 1/2" saws, so I didn't buy the odd size 2 3/8". For the first hole I used a 2 1/4". " and a box cutter to enlarge the hole to 2 3/8", this worked well but required an extra 5 minutes of tedious work. For the second hole I just used a 2 1/2" saw which was great is working. Since the overlay is 2 3/4" in diameter, I'm not sure why they went with 2 3/8" as I doubt many…

A quality solution for unaesthetic wires!

Great product! This is the most beautiful and functional household item I have ever bought! I hate cables hanging from an expensive flat screen tv, it looks sloppy and fishy! I bought 2 of these, one for the top and one for the bottom, they are not sold in pairs. Installation was easy, but I want to share my experience with you so I can help you avoid some of the things that could make my project fail.
