Great product at a great price

Direct OEM replacement for my 2011 F150. The OEM fan started squeaking in low ambient around 85,000 miles and the squeaking has been fixed!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Thing loudly good for heating

Spend your money and get an OEM. I replaced my fan because it made an electronic noise in the second switch position and this thing is instantly louder than the one it replaced.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Easy to install and spins much more freely than a worn one.

Used to replace the original fan motor on my 2009 F150. Easy installation and much freer rotation than a worn motorcraft assembly. The only downside is that it has a semi-irritating hum/cry. You have to make compromises when you get a part for half the price of the original device.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • No instructions

Suitable, does not work as hard as the original fan.

Far from the same as OEM fans. I've looked for the specs here, but they're not listed anywhere. If I had to guess, I'd say the fan in position number 4 (high) produces about half of what the OEM fan was doing when it was running. I live in Florida so I can't afford to turn off the air conditioning in my car.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

As mentioned above, the engine hummed along with it.

As described above, the motor hummed when I first installed it. 6 weeks later the bearings had burned out. It's so loud you can't even talk to the fan at low speed in a car. If I can't get a replacement under warranty, I'll spend the extra money and get an OEM replacement. I bled my knuckles again to remove the fan and see if there was anything inside or dangling. If I'm doing this for the third time, I want it to stay tight.

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Read the b4 purchase report, it might help you

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THAT BIG MONEY ON AMAZON! not the last 6 months//////// UPDATE! When my new one came, of course I had to take this one. And I decided to diagnose the problem, I didn't find anything, I didn't sniff anything, the bearings are fine. But I noticed a little black deposit on the black wire, I lit it up a bit and hooked it up to a 12 volt battery. And it worked again, so if you buy this one and it fails, check the snap terminals on the b4 fan motor, you buy a new…

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Updates
