Frustrated with air pump accessories

I was initially excited about this item but after two weeks of use I noticed water was leaking from my closet. The case of this atomizer is cracked. The water from my tank ran onto the floor. Thank god I was home.

Works perfectly. then hack

I have a newer version with removable ceramic. It worked great for 2 months and then the plastic ripped. UPDATE: I contacted Sevenports UP Aqua support in the US and they quickly sent me a replacement. Here is the second attempt.

Great product, I installed it with the Aquatech regulator.

Great product I installed it with Aquatech regulator and paintball tank. I have it up in my intake line so the bubbles have the longest way to break up and don't produce as many microbubbles. And I'm not sure why some say it takes a lot of pressure, mine works fine at around 20-30psi. I recommend it to others, not tanks.

TERRIBLE RELIABILITY; Very short lifespan

Bought these to replace a much more expensive similar model from a CO2 system supplier. Worked great initially, but after a very short time all units (4) found a leak in the hose connection closest to the CO2 line connector. Checked with new gaskets, cleaned the ceramic insert, used teflon tape, lowered the CO2 operating pressure --- none of this stopped the CO2 leak. I've tried at least 4 of these units, ALL of which had this leak within 4 weeks of installation. DO NOT BUY. Your CO2 tank…

Great until it breaks

I really liked this diffuser but I don't think I will buy it again. It dissolved CO2 VERY well and was exceptionally effective. It needed cleaning about every 2 weeks which is not a big deal. Unfortunately very cheap plastic. I noticed that my aquarium was seeing a drop in CO2 levels and decided to clean it. I felt the hull itself begin to collapse and I heard a faint hiss. After a squirt of soapy water, I found the case to be fine, but the nut holding the ceramic tube in place had split at a…

Works great, no printing problems.

This built-in Co2 diffuser has no problem. The other customer's CO2 must have leaked and not holding the pressure. I use a standard 5lb Catalina aluminum CO2 tank with an Aquatek of California regulator and have NEVER had any problems. It goes through an Eheim Classic 2211. The outlet hose on this filter is too small so I installed it at the very top of the inlet as it exits the tank. By the time the suction reaches the canister filter, the bubbles will have completely dissipated and the…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • The list will be long.

I've had this for a few weeks now and it works great. I can say that I save CO2 and the plants absorb CO2 much better. Update: I ordered a new one as it looked like the old one was completely clogged. I got a newer model that could replace the ceramic disc. I'm not sure if the quality has gone down since the rework. At first I noticed that nothing came out. So I turned on the CO2 and a huge cloud of CO2 fog came out. I thought at least now I know it's not clogged. After that initial blast, I…
