I tried my best but no luck. :-(

I'm not a perfect computer expert so I might be missing something. That's why I'm giving 3 stars. That my chipset is up to date and I've made sure I've gotten into my BIOS checked to make sure it has all the correct settings enabled for my PCH (either I set it to "Auto" or forced it to a specific setting) I don't know why I unplugged the "external USB Type-A Connector" can't get it to recognize any device type and the tech support on the board manufacturer's website doesn't do anything. :-(

Pros
  • Computers and accessories
Cons
  • I won't say anything

It works, but not as fast as I would like.

Works but doesn't seem to get advertised speeds no matter what cable I use to connect to my Oculus Quest. Even bought the official Oculus Link cable and didn't get the speeds it was supposed to be capable of.

Pros
  • Internal
Cons
  • Very expensive

Works perfectly, easy installation. Bought two of these.

Works great, bought two. The only problem I had was that the Corsair keyboard we bought was recognized before booting up. In fact, the problem is not in the card but in the PCIe protocol. We ended up using the built-in USB for the keyboard and the ports on the card for data transfer.

Pros
  • Computer accessories
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

DOA Computers & Accessories

The card never powered my USB peripherals. I've tried installing it in multiple PCIe slots, with and without SATA power attached, with and without the drivers that came with it, but it wouldn't charge my phone on boot, nor turn on my keyboard, or power my audio interface on the it was bought. Regardless of the drivers, it should power the devices at least during boot and on the BIOS screen. Repayment.

Pros
  • I/O Port Cards
Cons
  • Clarity
