I am very disappointed in this Ufree Horse that I bought for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas. I paid so much for this poorly made horse. The rubber piece that the legs are attached to falls off. My husband cannot adjust the stirrup so that my daughter can reach it. I am so sad because my daughter has longed for this horse for a long time and I wanted her to enjoy it.

The horse could be good, but the mine had a defect, couldn't put the head down completely on the screw because of a dent. Although the body is very strong, the handles and head seams are weak, as if easily broken. The seat is like a bicycle seat for a child, adults can ride, but it is too small and uncomfortable. I will probably find another brand to buy a horse from.

Wow, that horse is huge! I got it for my 8 years. old last christmas and she loves it. The seat height on the horse I received is about 28.5 inches. Assembly was easy thanks to the included instructions. Just a screw through the neck to put the head on. The company seems interested in making sure the purchase is worth the money. I think this horse will last a long time!

My daughter liked it. The weight limit seems correct. However, a week after my daughter played gently with this horse, the fabric of the hat began to separate from the zipper that secures it to the body. EDIT AND UPDATE: The manufacturer saw my review and offered to fix the issue. All I can say is phenomenal customer service! Thank you UFRI! I am 100% satisfied!

Bought 2 of these horses for my daughters aged 9 and 8. There was a small issue with one upon receipt and UFREE fixed it immediately and in a timely manner. The customer service at this company is AMAZING and our girls love their horses. If you are considering such a toy, be sure to buy from this company - they clearly stand behind their product and offer the highest level of honesty!

Not only are we rusty and have a small crack, we also have a zipper on our head and honestly I can live with a crack but I bought it for my daughter who has just started horseback riding therapy is in love and wants her horse but we can't live but when i tried to do the release pin under the pedals it popped all the way out and the pedal now swings freely and if we manually lift the mechanism, what , when she looks battered inside, can't use it, she was able to use it on straight hard surfaces,
