They were delivered just 10 minutes ago. They are clearly used, torn and disgusting. I am more than disappointed with the quality control. They were supposed to be for my daughter's birthday which is this weekend. The look of disappointment on her face as she opened the box. Very disappointed with this purchase and the fact that it passed quality control.

I bought the kids' shoes to save some money and they fit perfectly! I usually wear women's shoes in a size 7 or 7.5 and ordered a size 6 Big Kid. They are cool and so comfy. I've read some reviews about paint peeling off your feet or not sticking, but I haven't noticed that too often. I usually wear them with socks to keep the paint from peeling off my feet. Overall a great product and really saves money to order babies.

I don't really support UGG over animal cruelty allegations; This is the first time I have bought the UGG brand. Ladies I am 4ft 1190lbs women are a size 5 and youth are usually a size 4 this is what I ordered. Fits perfectly! If you have a large foot (not sure if it's over a 4 for youth size) be sure to check if you're a youth fit. Huge money saver and they are very durable, not like regular slippers.
