Poor quality shoes

After a month of light wear, the stitching around the ankle began to unravel. UGG claims to have a one-year warranty. However, only if you are lucky enough to still have them in stock. They sell out fast and you can only get credit on their website. Stuck with a defective product or buy something else you don't need.
