suddenly it stopped working 1920x1200

I've been happy with it for 6 months. It recently stopped working at my monitor's native resolution, 1920 x 1200, only works at 1680 x 1050. Luckily I have a second one. As soon as I plugged it in, it started working at my monitor's native resolution. Not sure if the fixed USB-C cable is broken or something. I do not recommend buying if you will be using it daily.

Problems with external monitor

What I liked: - small, portable - looks well made (aluminum body) - power through (the only reason to buy) What I didn't like: - had problems right away That's how I got my laptop -Screen (Dell XPS 13) extended to an external monitor - Connected quickly but the screen has broken horizontal lines and green dots scattered all over the screen.

Understand your customization needs!

Very chic design and good assembly. However, the configuration is such that two screens cannot be powered without using a C-connector for power. But correctly advertised. I just misread. A solid product nonetheless, and if you know what you're getting and understand your customization needs, this might just be the best little gadget you'll find on the market. Simplified and to the point.

Slim design is very comfortable

The design is just great. I never have to worry about the cable snapping or tearing. It gets warm when I connect all ports. But it never feels hot. I would recommend this product to others.

Fulfills its function perfectly!

Type-C hubs that support Nintendo Switch are very rare and Ugreen is absolutely perfect for that! Power pass-through, HDMI out and USB Type-A extension work well and I couldn't ask for more! I've used it to completely replace my Switch's dock and temporarily replace my laptop by connecting my Oneplus 7 Pro to an external monitor (note that Oneplus doesn't support simultaneous HDMI and USB expansion).
