GREAT STUFF Sports Nutrition

This is an excellent hydrating product with an excellent nutrient profile in every serving. I have very dry skin and it's important for me to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to keep it healthy. I noticed changes in my skin after 3 days. There are a few key electrolytes that are not found in most formulas. Tastes like tan. I love it, but there might be some that feel like you get the "aftertaste" that you get with some diet sodas. Cons

Agree with another reviewer. questionable ingredients. It was recommended to me by trainer Nicole Winhoffer and I bought it without checking the ingredients, just thinking it might be a better fit for what she's putting into her body. Is citric acid first on the list? Strange. Today is my first day at the beginning of my journey to find the absolute best electrolyte option that isn't junk food or poison. Taste is better than tan, just use more water than powder. If you're not lazy, the powder…

Pros
  • Pure moisture, done right!

  • No performance
