Great cross body trainer but hard to assemble

This is an excellent boxing exerciser. I really like it, it works great but it was not easy to put together. The parts were not labeled I had to guess what when where and there were quite a few nuts and bolts that had to be assembled. There was also one part missing but they shipped it out right away. I really like it and I’m enjoying it every day I definitely recommend it.

Great Workout and Fun.

Got this unit for my family. It is way more convenient than a heavy punching bag, and can easily be moved around our house as needed. The interactive online program keeps everyone engaged and having fun, while providing a great workout too. Worth the Money.

Well built, easy to use, fun, and a very cool app.

Originally I purchased this for myself - no time to go to the gym. Plus in between the three kids and wife I have absolutely no time to go the gym. I love this. It's a simple piece of equipment, but coupled with the app it turns into so much more. The workouts vary in length and intensity - which needless to say I am not so intense.
