mediocre hydration belt

This new model disappoints compared to my previous Nathan hydration belt which contained two old 18 ounce Nathan water bottles in insulated cases. I wish my old one wasn't completely worn out. Advantages of the new model: low weight; sufficient central pocket for storage; safe and non-slip Velcro system. New model Cons: Water capacity is only average. Water bottles don't slide in and out easily when running, especially when half empty. Non-insulated bottle sleeves. The small diameter screw capโ€ฆ

GOOD LIGHTWEIGHT BELT

Overall this belt is very close to what I was looking for in a hydration belt. Pros: Lightweight, holds two water bottles, key holder, and comfortable adjustable strap. Cons: I don't like using collapsible water bottles with bite guards on long runs as I enjoy pouring cool water over my head while running. The key holder is in a bad place and the velcro used to attach the key is likely to wear out in a short time as the adjustable strap goes through the belt clip. Other: I ordered two 20 ounceโ€ฆ

Pros
  • FAST AND LIGHT: Ultra light hydration belt to carry water and essentials on long runs or hikes
Cons
  • Frequency

The perfect solution for hydration on race day!

I have high demands on the chassis. Possibly incredibly high. So I can't tell you how many backpacks and belts I've tried and sent back or worn once and knew it was nasty. This belt is the closest I have ever had to being ideal for race days or trails where you have access to help stations or hydration caches to fill up! Style, fits well and without significant jump. Second, the bottles are easily accessible and (unlike other hydration belts) don't dig into my sides and back! Finally, I loveโ€ฆ

Pros
  • STORAGE: Holds two UD Body Bottle 500 v2 (included) and an iPhone 10 on the back. Separate compression straps add additional attachment points. Flat front with key pocket on waistband.
Cons
  • Some difficulties
