This new model disappoints compared to my previous Nathan hydration belt which contained two old 18 ounce Nathan water bottles in insulated cases. I wish my old one wasn't completely worn out. Advantages of the new model: low weight; sufficient central pocket for storage; safe and non-slip Velcro system. New model Cons: Water capacity is only average. Water bottles don't slide in and out easily when running, especially when half empty. Non-insulated bottle sleeves. The small diameter screw cap makes it difficult to add ice, except for very small ice cubes. Conclusion: Not very suitable for running in hot weather.
