Dash Mount is stronger and easier to install. The vent flap is better designed and stay securely on the car air vent. The only problem is the phone holder. If your phone has a credit card holder on a wallet attached to the phone, the prongs of the holder will not be long enough to securely hold the phone at all times. It may come loose if you hit a bump.

after I put the disc in but it works now and I love it. I positioned it so I could shoot a person standing by the driver's door (like a Mexican cop) by quickly starting a video on my iPhone and turning the phone back so the cop couldn't see the screen. WORKS PERFECTLY! The clip-on release and grip levers are smooth and quick to operate, both inside and out. I have tried others but this was my choice for its lightness and smoothness.

My wife and I have larger iPhones. We tried different car mounts for our phones but they either broke or didn't hold our phones firmly and properly. So I looked for different cup holders and decided on the Andobil cup holder. I am very happy with the 😃 easy swivel that slides into our car cup holder. Trying to find something for my phone for this car with all its weird angles, textures and dashboard elements was a headache. I'm not a big person. So being able to see safely while driving when using maps or the like scares me. It doesn't stick to my dashboard texture or its organic flow, i.e. not flat, even with its sticky disk. I really wanted to like this car holder as it was exactly what I needed. I was hesitant to use the sticky pad but couldn't find a suction method that worked on my leather dashboard. Haven't had time to try the Andobil phone holder but I've installed it on my car and I'm pretty sure they work fine becomes.
