gave me horrible muscle pain

I tried taking these pills 3 times (twice during the day and once at night) for 10 days, I don't know what it was but I had terrible muscle pain for 6 hours after taking each pill. I'm not 100% sure this is the cause, but I don't have any other obvious cause, and muscle pain like this is very rare for me, so I won't give it another chance.

Delicious surprise with vitamins, minerals and supplements

, I'm pleasantly surprised at how well this seems to be working. I follow Tim Ferris' slow carb plan, except I mostly go on a low carb diet. I've lost 20 pounds. I ordered this product to speed up the process as I have yet to gain 55 pounds. Although I stuck to my meal plan, I did have a week of travel where I deviated from plan (not going insane, but one day I ate a donut, then some Easter candy, potatoes, etc. Then I got a terrible one Cold and only ate chicken noodle soup for a few days…

I love it, use it right

I used to use the "official" PAGG stack and went with this one as it's much better so I could compare results between 2. It works if you use it properly, i.e. after a 4 hour meal. I tried counting calories with Soylent Meal Replacement and didn't see much benefit, but switching to turkey/bacon breakfast and chicken/spinach/black bean lunch and dinner showed an immediate improvement. I'm not a chemist to judge the ingredients, but I can definitely guarantee there's a lot of garlic in it. how do…
