I liked that they were able reach out via email in order get updates once my resume was completed with their services as well when i had questions or concerns about any part of it! I like that you can get several different types of backgrounds from UPM so it makes your decision process easier than with other companies who only provide one type background check or verification service. They don't always do thorough research before they send out an investigator so sometimes there is no evidence found during their investigation but still gets paid anyway because they failed in doing any better due diligence beforehand!
