Good Partnership and Exceptional Support

We have been working closely for more than 4 years now! It's a great partnership between us as well as their team members who are always there to help you out whenever needed. Nothing much so far but I am sure this will change once we get into implementation phase of our project. The only thing that comes across my mind right away is they charge too high rates compared to other competitors which makes it difficult sometimes when budgeting projects. They do provide good support services though.

  • Very simple process while navigating through different pages in system, very helpful staff with timely updates; fast response time from internal representatives during customer call hours/chat sessions etc., easy understanding by developers even nontechnical folks (ease communication)
