To be honest I wanted to think this was the holy grail product for skin peeling but to be honest it's more of a good workout product than anything else. The best money I've ever spent! I took a hot shower with a regular washcloth and when I was done with the washcloth I used a sponge. The rolls of dead skin and dirt that the sponge removed were shocking. Like I've never used a washcloth.

So it works. I've read people say it's a waste of money. It is not. I've used it once and so far it's working. It takes time, you will have to scrub a little with this sponge, but be patient and lubricate your elbow and you will see results. My advice: do a little every time you shower, or as much as you can handle. They basically peel off the top layer of skin. Wow. I first used it in the shower and was blown away by how much dead skin was shed from my body! They really work. Simply wet the entire sponge completely and start applying it to your body. I haven't used it on my face but have used it all over. And your body is so smooth and soft after you're done!
