Poor Quality, Difficult to Use

Using this product, our team found that it was of poor quality and difficult to use. The construction felt flimsy and the jack mechanism was clunky .It struggled to lift heavy loads and had a tendency to jam. OVERALL, we were disappointed with the performance and would not recommend it to others..

Sturdy and Efficient Tongue Jack

According to my experience, this tongue jack is a game-changer in the automotive industry .Its sturdy construction provides excellent stability and support while lifting heavy loads. The jack's smooth operation saves time and effort, making it convenient for RV owners. However the only drawback is its limited lifting capacity, which may not be suitable for extremely heavy loads. Receiver too big for the exterior

I ordered an ultra fab caster to connect to an ultra fab 2 inch socket according to the instructions to mount. The receiver/tube hole is at least 1/8" oversized making it sloppy. Having bought products from the same company they should be a snug fit. Disappointed. -NBL-
