Poor Quality, Difficult to Use
Using this product, our team found that it was of poor quality and difficult to use. The construction felt flimsy and the jack mechanism was clunky .It struggled to lift heavy loads and had a tendency to jam. OVERALL, we were disappointed with the performance and would not recommend it to others..
