Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can safely say this product is not worth the investment. While the adjustable feature is nice, the overall quality is lacking and the leather is cheap. Although it may work for other sports, it is not recommended for running due to the discomfort and lack of support. Save your money and invest in a higher quality product.

Unfortunately I had to return as it was too big for my medium sized head. The Watermelon Red color is more like rose red, not as hot and bright as pictured.

These hats are great value for money! They fit well and the suede looks expensive! They can be adjusted at the back where there is also space to tuck the tongue into the hat so it doesn't stick out!
