🧤 Ultimate ColdGear Infrared Scent Control Balaclava for Men by Under Armour Review

It was a Christmas present so I didn't use it but it fits very well. It's thin, like a typical UA t-shirt for warm gear, rather than thicker clothing for cold gear. It was bought with the expectation that it would not be used in very low temperatures. Having not worn it yet, I can't comment on how warm it feels when the temperatures start to drop.

When I heard about the cold weather that was hitting the Midwest, I ordered one of these for my husband to wear while he feeds the cattle on our farm . He is very happy with the warmth it provides. Although it was a little pricey because you're paying for the Under Armor brand, I felt that the counterfeit Cold Gear clothing just didn't offer the same level of protection as Under Armor. I just hope he doesn't lose it!

We are delighted to find this product on Revain. The infrared technology is great for keeping warm and this is the camp model I was looking for. As others have said, it's not a snug fitting mask, but it fits my large head well and doesn't slip. Please note this is a mask with breathing holes on the front. It lets in some colder air, but I like that it doesn't get wet or icy when you breathe. Good product!

This product looks good, but that's the end of it. This balaclava costs $35 and isn't particularly warm. The material is thin and not insulated. I can't in good conscience recommend this product when you can go to Walmart and get just as good, if not better, for $15.

Mouth vent was a key addition to their design, no more condensation. Stay nice and tight around your neck without choking yourself. I wouldn't pay $50 for it, but I got it when it was only $30, so it's a good deal for UA. However, I really needed a fleece balclave when one of my hunts fell into the single digits.

Has very good protection against the cold, especially in wind tunnels (when walking between tall buildings and very strong winds) I would just say that it's not that good, that are the breathing holes around the mouth, they work very well for what they were designed for, but if you want to put this thing on your neck then the cold air comes straight in.
