Great jacket! Fits perfectly! The zipper is easy to use, not too bulky but feels very warm. I can't wait to play in the snow with my little one in this jacket.

This is a great jacket. Looks very good. I like bright colors. It's so easy to recognize my child. The only thing I don't like about it is that dirt is easily visible on it. However, it is easy to clean. I just throw it in the laundry.

Love this jacket! I bought the Grey/Black/Yellow for my son in a large size, it fits him perfectly. The color scheme is wonderful, great quality, the inner and outer pockets are vibrant and definitely worth the price. Most people say order one size up, my son is slim like you so I ordered his normal size. Your son is a bit heavier, definitely a size bigger. My 9 year old fourth grader fits the plus size perfectly.

I wasn't sure if it would be warm enough but we are in Michigan and my son said he was always warm. I really like the hood, sometimes it's too big or too small, or closes your eyes, or falls off, but this hood has always held up well, he almost didn't need a hat. It lasted all winter, but now it has holes, but it is very rough with its clothes, and next winter they will still be small. I would definitely buy another one in the future.

My son loves this jacket. He wore it all the time and had trouble getting him to take it off... even indoors. It's good. Now it's not very good. The zipper kept getting stuck in the fabric when trying to close, even if he tried. After 3 weeks the zipper broke several teeth. Now it doesn't snap. The child refuses to stop carrying it, but we cannot close it. I really expected more durability from a decent brand like Underarmor. I'm disappointed.

This is an attractive lightweight down jacket. It's a bit flimsy, but that gives it style. This is not (nor is it advertised as) a bulky winter coat, so if you are looking for something for colder times this is not your jacket, unless your child is wearing a bulky sweater or sweatshirt underneath, along with a hat, Gloves etc. Quality is good not great but for the price I paid for it ($40) no complaints. My son loves it, he has it in fluorescent yellow.

Just received today in black. Looks good, there are no problems with flashes. I'll update the review if the quality doesn't live up to expectations later. My son is 13 years old, 5ft 2in but slim, 85lbs. The large (14/16) looks nice and modern, just like the photos advertised, and still has room underneath for his Columbia fleece jacket (for the Chicago winters). The sleeves fit him perfectly but are about an inch shorter than his 5ft 6in mother. So if your child is over 5ft 4in, choose size…

That's what I expected from Under Armour. I really appreciate the same size of all tops/sweatshirts/jackets I've bought from them. I bought this jacket in the lightest color which is hard to miss as the child has already lost two other jackets this winter. He is very easy to spot in a crowd, which is also a plus. High school students. They have to look cool and be able to move or else they won't wear it. This works for both. My boy tends to be short-tempered. So if you put on too much mass he just sweats as soon as he moves, so I think it's good for him. Omni Heat like Columbia with foil printed liners would be too warm.
