UnderCover SwingCase SC205D: Convenient Truck Bed Storage for Ford F-250/350 Super Duty (2017-2021) - Driver's Side Review

Cheap! I bought a nice expensive truck and thought it would be a good addition to the bed to safely store a few items like belts and various connectors. I was wrong. They look so cheap and the plastic is so flimsy that they break in the desert sun, not to mention incredibly easy to crack open. Also not compatible with the fifth wheel preparation pack, but this is not mentioned in the description. or package. So it doesn't work for me anyway. Return to Revane the same day.

Item arrived on time and looked good. Installed and went well. The tool box fits perfectly. After that the problems started. I put a receiver in it so it doesn't get in the way. I bought an Undercover SwingCase for my 2021 F-250 because I knew this product would be compatible with my truck. Both the Undercover website and the Revain website said this product would be compatible with my truck. Not correct. I'm writing this after just over a year of use and unfortunately both swing covers I bought have failed. I bought one of these when I first bought my new truck in Spring 2018 and then another that same year. I loaded them with wrenches, zip ties, grease and a few other basic tools. Update: 06/14/2021 Improvement of the overall rating by two stars. I would like to continue a few things mentioned in my original review. 1. Carrying capacity. Although loading this thing causes some play, it still snaps into place with little difficulty. I don't know how long the hinges will last with too much weight, but so far they're strong. 2.
