The best feature that I like the most is its integration with Slack. It's easy for my employees to use it without any trouble, and they can share their screens easily using this tool. It has been very useful. Sometimes it lags which is not great, but it can be improved. If you are considering this tool, do it! It's very helpful when we work together remotely.
