The best feature that I like the most is its integration with Slack. It's easy for my employees to use it without any trouble, and they can share their screens easily using this tool. It has been very useful. Sometimes it lags which is not great, but it can be improved. If you are considering this tool, do it! It's very helpful when we work together remotely. Also, it helps me communicate better with my employees since we are all working from home. The integration with Salesforce, Slack & Microsoft Teams are very useful for our daily workflows. We can easily manage all the tasks related to sales from one place (SalesForce). Sometimes I need some customization but it's ok because there always an option available. Nothing much yet! It has been working well so far since we started using it last year. Managing multiple leads/customers at once through different channels like phone calls or emails as per their preference.
