I already complained they deleted it. The quality of the carpet does not match the price. Color off, too much blue. There is a sticker on the back of the mat, if you remove it, the mat will fall apart.

My 90 lb bloodhound lay down on this rug in no time, misunderstood it was bought for him. When I yelled, "Ottis, get up so I can turn him over," he stared at himself in the armory mirror. Needless to say I haven't fully unwrapped him yet and he thinks he's pretty.

I bought the same designer rug for my son about 6 years ago. He carried himself well and is only now showing his age. Throw in 2 spills and spit out babies and it's time for them to buy a new mat. But that's her problem! I bought the same pattern for my TV room. Beautiful, rich colors and a soft feel underfoot. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought the 5x8 rug that arrived yesterday and it is beautiful, I love it very much. It was rolled up and after laying it on the ground at night with books on each corner, you can see it has already straightened up, the colors are bright and it's so soft to walk on, I'm very glad I chose it decided one! (I can't see the picture I uploaded, but I hope everyone can see it.)

Really nice rug! I always buy rugs every six months as I have two dogs so I've seen a lot in this house and this is one of the nicest. I love light brown and dark brown. burgundy and blue. Didn't like my last rug because everything was on it, it always looked like it needed vacuuming so hopefully not, I'll update in a few weeks. Arrived a few days before expected time.

The colors are the same as in the picture. The size is good too. But that's about all that's good about this rug. It's so wrinkled that nothing can remove it. It's like an accident when someone just trips over the folds and falls. Folded the other side, left for 48 hours and unfolded. The wrinkles are still there. I put a hot towel on the carpet and tried to smooth out the wrinkles. He's still wrinkled. Nothing I have tried has helped get rid of the wrinkles. I would definitely not recommend…

Fantastic mat for the price. It's plush and feels amazing under my feet. I also have no problems with creases or bumps in the carpet. It just has the normal bumps in the floor like any new carpet. It should be fixed soon. The manufacturer must have changed the shipping method due to previous complaints. Came in a roll, not folded. I ordered a carpet 4x6cm. My only complaint is that it's not a runner. I want to buy a runner for the hallway to the living room.

Ordered 9x12 for our big hallway. If you follow the attached instructions, you will easily get rid of the creases that appear during shipping. Simply fold it in the opposite direction as when you transported it and let it rest for 24 hours before placing it. As you can see, we no longer have wrinkles. Colors are neutral enough to work well with many color schemes and hide potential stains from children or pets. We have long haired pets and we vacuum this rug at least twice a day as they shed a…

Update: It's been a few months and I still have wrinkles. They're better, we did a lot of stretching and weighing and playing around with it to get it this far. However, looking at everyone else's photos and knowing that a friend ordered a similar rug and everything was fine, I think I was unlucky with the delivery. This rug was obviously bent/crushed/hit by heavy objects somewhere and I've had no luck. I'm leaving this review because all the creases took so much work and are still collecting…
