Bought three of these. The manual is so small I had to scan and print it at 8 1/2 x 11 feet. Need a better description of the LEDs so I know what the condition of the battery is. Would rate it higher if I knew it worked. Would you like more information.

Works just as well as the Battery Tender brand charger. Bought because we lost the power cord from our granddaughter's 6 volt motorbike ride. This will keep it charged and keep it good in the cold. Very happy with my purchase. It is also compatible with battery cables.

After being connected to a 12V battery for twenty minutes this charger switched itself off. I will keep it working to see if the product is faulty or has some kind of protection system. This is a big problem. Every time you turn it off it goes back to 12 volts. You have to manually switch it to 6 volts. Bought as a battery care helper for the late Schumacher. I have several cars, both 6 and 12 volt, and being able to use it for both voltages is attractive. However, unlike Schumacher, the 6V voltage selection is not automatic and must be done BEFORE connecting the battery, otherwise it will default to 12V and for some reason, even momentarily, the power will be cut when switched on again becomes.
