It has a great amount of padding inside for my laptop

It has a great amount of padding inside for my laptop. I feel comfortable having it in there. It even has padding on the BOTTOM so your laptop wont smash off the ground. I don't like the lack of pockets. Once you take your laptop out the back, then the backpack slumps forward because the rest of the pockets are in the front. That's just a pet peeve of mine. And it's hard to get a water bottle in and out the side pockets, but they are nice and deep. The metal zippers are quality too.

  • I'm sure it is great for a laptop but not enough room for my other stuff. I returned mine no hassel.

  • The ample storage may encourage overpacking and strain on the wearer's back and shoulders

Great backpack but this is the second time the zipper broke (in the exact same way)

I first got this backpack for college in 2017 but the zipper broke in 2019 so I got a new one, the exact same one, because I liked it so much. Just tonight the zipper broke again and now I can't fully close the back pocket. This is a problem because I keep my laptop in the back pocket and I need it protected. It's a great backpack but it doesn't last as long as it should.

Broke quickly and no response from company.

The zipper broke under a year, I tried contacting the company for a replacement under their lifetime guarantee or something and got no response.

Fits 17 inch laptop? Really doesn't!

Although it is advertised as able to accommodate a 17inch laptop, my 17" Lenovo would fit only if you used a shoe horn to stretch the compartment material around the laptop. That tight a fit would not provide much protection. I returned the backpack.

Great size in my review

This has all of the things I wanted in a travel backpack. The USB charging ability. RFID protection. Water bottle pockets and room for my laptop and tablet. Along with room for a weekend of clothes.

No way fits a 17 " - my new review

17", you're joking! Just got this bag for my new HP Envy 17. Not a prayer. Not even close. Disappointed. The price may be too high for budget-conscious consumers!

I this backpack is super well made and super useful

I this backpack is super well made and super useful. I slip my battery pack in, thread the cord and my phone is charged! This pack holds an amazing amount of stuff. I used it for a quick overnighter and everything I needed fit.no problem. I have never been disappointed by any of Neatpacks products.from the slingbag to the toiletry case to the packable backpack.all great! Can't wait to see what they come up with next!

Looks nice and seems to be good quality BUT Not very useful

The backpack seems good quality but after one day at school we realized this was not going to work because it has minimal storage room. On the second day of school my son had to carry three extra bags. A separate sling backpack for some clothing a separate, small, lunch bag because that would not even fit in the backpack with small laptop and a separate binder bag. Backpack looks nice and has the sternum strap my son really wanted but it is way too small for all things needed for a Jr. High kid

  • The anti-theft pocket may not provide foolproof protection and still leave the wearer vulnerable to theft
