It has a great amount of padding inside for my laptop

It has a great amount of padding inside for my laptop. I feel comfortable having it in there. It even has padding on the BOTTOM so your laptop wont smash off the ground. I don't like the lack of pockets. Once you take your laptop out the back, then the backpack slumps forward because the rest of the pockets are in the front. That's just a pet peeve of mine. And it's hard to get a water bottle in and out the side pockets, but they are nice and deep. The metal zippers are quality too.

Pros

I'm sure it is great for a laptop but not enough room for my other stuff. I returned mine no hassel.

Cons

The ample storage may encourage overpacking and strain on the wearer's back and shoulders
