Worked as described and easier installed.

Works as described and was very easily installed. My work bench is fully lit and the light only turns on while I approach it or working at it. Great light, make sure you measure before ordering and installing.

Pros
  • This is a good overall light, very bright, motion sensor works well.

  • The color temperature of the lights may not suit everyone's needs

Super bright ! in my review

This light is super bright And it being motion activated is really helpful I use this in my garage and it keeps me from having to fumble around to find the light switch that is inconveniently placed

Extra lighting for my basement

I needed extra lighting for my basement which we have converted to a play room for our twin boys. This light is perfect! I was looking for something not hard to put up and something that would give off good light also at a reasonable price. I’m very impressed with this light, will be ordering more for other low light areas in my basement!

No more dark garage!

We have a large 3 stall garage with 2 garage door openers. For some stupid reason the lightbulbs don’t always come on. They vibrate loose. We hung 4 of these lights, plugged into each other, near the front of our vehicles. What a huge difference! They come on individually when you are about 6 feet away from each one. When we pull in the garage the vehicles set them off. We screwed them right to the rafter beams. Extremely easy and fast. Love these! Should have done this years ago.

Motion sensors are okay

I have is hanging in my basement. Sometimes I have to stand and wave my arms right under it to get it to turn in. Other times I'm come home and see the lights never turned itself off from the last time I was near the fixture.

Hands free lights - my new review

Installed in garage since light on door opener does not work and people forget to turn main light off. Works great. Light up as I drive in and when I enter the garage from house.

Did not work. But return was easy.

I needed a broad area light with motion sensor, so this fit the bill. Shipped in the manufacturers packaging, so maybe it was damaged in transit, but there was no visible damage to the box.It would glow at maybe 5% of brightness for 2-3 minutes, and then go to full brightness.Functionally this did not work for me. No clue as to the problem.

Great shop light with no need for additional light switch

I put one of these in my daughters closet where simply being able to plug this in was much easier than needing to run a new light switch. The motion switch works perfectly and it is very bright. I will be buying more of these

Pictures don’t do it justice

I’ve ordered 3 of these and plan to order more. They’re bright and make such a difference in our garage. The motion sensor picks us up immediately, and no matter what time of day it is, it looks like day light when we’re in the garage.

EXCELLENT SHOP LIGHTS

A great workbench light that helps save energy

I bought this light to use at my workbench in the basement. Many times, I walk into my work area, grab a tool and walk back out, so i wanted a way to have the lights come on and off automatically while providing a lot of light in the cases where I was going to do work on the workbench. Motion works great and the light is bright.

This product was easy to install and is very bright. The only negative is that the light does not shut off soon enough. It does come on immediately but takes over 10 minutes to turn off after you exit the space is in.

Very bright in my review

The flush mount was difficult, and you have to punch all 4 holes "Exactly" the correct distance a part to have a successful flush mount.I did not feel like making more holes in my garage ceiling, so I chain hung my light which was very easy.I recommend this company provide a flush mount template where the customer can just put the templateagainst the surface and mark the correct flush mount hole locations.Overall, I am still very satisfied. This light illuminates my entire garage.

Good for my purpose

Product arrived quickly and intact. Didn’t even look at the directions so can’t speak to those. Simply plug it it and leave it alone. It will turn itself off after about 10 minutes without motion. If using in a two car garage I recommend getting two. Only gripe is these don’t seem very sturdy but as long as you don’t mess with them I don’t see why they won’t last for years. I did what another user did and drilled into the housing and screwed the light directly to the ceiling. I didn’t bother…

Does not come with template for fixed mounting. It should.

Installed it as plug it it, let the sensor do the work. Works fantastic. Only complaint is for fixed mounting to ceiling is does NOT come with a template. I made my own using the box and had no issues but if someone didn't know how to that themselves fixed mounting would be very difficult. Would be super easy for the manufacturer to print mounting template on the box.

Works great except best in my review

The picture shows the light hanging from the ends. These ends are plastic and in time will be the weak point. Most of the older hanging lights hang from the metal top. This unit has a nice single layer steel top. Why the manufacturer decided not to use the metal top and instead use the plastic ends for hanging is unclear. I simply drilled two holes about 32 inches apart for a much solider hang. See picture.The motion sensor works very good. The light is very bright for the 5000k.The linked plug

great motion activated LED shop light!

Works great! Easy installation. We have it above our clothes washer and dryer in the basement.no need to pull a cord to turn off the light when you walk away with a basket of clean laundry!

Amazing Lights for my opinion

This light works great in our garage. They are bright and the sensors seem to work great. So far so good. My husband liked the 1st two I bought and had me order 2 more. Our garage is old and only had one bulb in the garage door opener. Makes working on our newest project truck so much easier.

Defective out of the box

Defective out of the box. Never turned off, only dimmed. I have another one I purchased 8 months ago which works perfectly which is why I gave this 2 stars rather than 1.
