I like this device except for one problem. The protective cover accidentally presses the power button and turns on the meter. That's a problem. I will not buy this device again because of this problem.

There have been many issues to get this to work properly. It turned out that the built-in fuse they sent with it didn't work. I cut it out and put in a new one and now it works great. Item is great, wiring harness is not good

Love the on/off button and voltage indicator. Easy to install in my van and worked fine charging my wife's and my cellphones. We've added a simple wall mount so our phones don't get in the way while charging. 12 volts from house batteries work great as no generator is needed while docking.

Generally does what it's supposed to. The voltage indicator is clearly visible. The on/off switch cuts power to the entire device, which is nice when you don't have to unplug anything. My only complaint is that the lid doesn't hold up very well. It opens a minuet or so after closing. Edit: I found that only one of the USB ports actually works. I'm sticking with just using the connector above the voltage indicator. Also, the thing seems to be durable.

This socket has a power switch to turn it on and off. Now this might not make much of a difference depending on your application, but even when it's off it's still drawing around 1-2mA. It charges fast, my device used almost 2 amps while charging which is equivalent to fast charging if your device supports it. But the voltmeter is something that needs a lot of improvement! I'm not an electronics expert so I'm not sure why this is happening, but when powered from the USB ports the voltage drops!
