Description of 🔋 Enhanced Performance: SUNLU Dehydrator Printing With Upgraded Filament

1【Remove Excess Moisture】→3D printer filaments are hygroscopic, moisture can cause printing failure, SUNLU dry box can remove the excess moisture, keep the filament dry. 2【Fully assembled and easy to use】→It's simple to operate, turn on by hit either button, hold the left button to change the dry time, press the right button to change the temperature setting. 3【Simple but Effective】→The print quality will be better if using dried filament, surface smoother, layer adhesion increased. It can help if you live in a humid temperature zone. 4【High Compatibility】→The adjustable temperature(time) range is 35-55°C(0-24hours), the SUNLU dryer can bake 1KG any type of filament at a designated temperature for hours. 5【Dry During 3D Printing】→Dust-free, moisture-free. The filament dryer is a great addition to 3d printer, it can keep the filament dry during 3d printing, no more brittle PLA, PETG, ABS filament.

Really helped with my moisture problem PLA

I bought a new BIQU B1 printer and a black PLA hatchbox. I left the spool on rolls (at ambient conditions) for about a week as I was printing a lot of detail. I had no problems at first and got great prints. Over the days I noticed slight deformations in the corners. I adjusted the temperature but couldn't completely eliminate the problem. The distortion continued to grow. Also, I lost the ability to control adhesion. In the end I couldn't print anything. I decided to dry my PLA, but I didn't…

Pros
  • High compatibility
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Excellent yarn, worth every penny

This yarn is about the same as other brands but flows much more evenly than any I've tried. The most interesting thing is that this yarn has a fair amount of wood while others sometimes had less and still managed to ravage my jets. I used my fingertips to wipe the excess wood shavings from the edges). I printed these models with a .4, 230c/60c nozzle on a heavily modified Kingroon KP3 with an E3Dv6 hotend and two 5015 fans. The models were printed in Prusa Slic3r with dynamic fan details and…

Pros
  • Removes excess moisture
Cons
  • Older model

Please read this before buying - Why it doesn't work

I don't know why people keep buying it and even leaving positive reviews about it. The body doesn't get anywhere near the glass transition temperature of anything you print, so it's practically useless for removing the water molecules that get into your filament from exposure. You are definitely deluding yourself if you think this will "dry up" your thread. The INITIAL glass transition temperature is 50°C, although theoretically the heating element can reach 50°C (which it can't) since…

Pros
  • Dry during 3D printing
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
