The design of this product is easy to use. I just wish it had a nozzle that could clean the window better, microfiber is great for small dirt and stains but not a dirty window.

Apparently used and returned. There is something in the bottle, signs of use are visible where it was collected, used, disassembled and returned. Disappointed with this window cleaner. If I wanted a used one, I would look for a used one.

This is a long mop with a spray remote control. This makes cleaning windows in those hard-to-reach places MUCH easier! I highly recommend this one (I've used others that weren't as effective or well thought out).

Very glad I bought this. I managed to make the second floor exterior windows from inside the house. No need to pay for professional cleaning or come back later. I have found that I get better results without using a squeegee. I used a water and vinegar solution and had no streaks!

This is very convenient for me. I have spinal problems and cannot bend or rotate. With this tool I can clean all my windows inside and out. Liquid to make some windows before they need topping up. and washable. removable pads are great. I just wish I could buy extra pads😁

I wanted him to be able to reach and clean the windows outside of our home. A small squeegee leaves streaks, it is difficult to seal the blade well and no matter what I tried, streaks remained. The small syringe bottle needed frequent refilling and the blade lacked a pin to hold it in place, making it virtually useless. Good idea but waste of money. Mine is going in the trash.

I've been researching window cleaners for a while and settled on this one. I'm very glad I did because it's everything I hoped for and more. I managed to clean the outside of my 4,000 square foot apartment. Feet (bottom half) for seemingly no time. A very efficient system. I won't be afraid to clean windows from the outside again. The system offers a large range and is very durable. The mop does its job perfectly and leaves no streaks. Very efficient and I thought it was worth the price.

Well today I received this window cleaner and waited for the sun to cover the windows. I made 10 parts water to 1 part white vinegar. My biggest concern was whether it would reach the tops of the windows. Yes, it is, although I have to avoid my large hydrangea underneath. I no longer have to take any risks on the stairs. You're too old for that at any age! I wouldn't mind another section, but I'm happy with the way it is. Now I just have to practice getting better at pressing 😎

The cleaning pad and scraper worked quite well but the spray function stopped working after a few sprays so I had to use a separate sprayer which added another step to the process. The wiper blade's protrusion from the case was too short, making it very difficult to get to the top and bottom of the windows to clean them thoroughly. I'll keep using it but it's disappointing.
