Fits right onto my 4" mbrp exhaust. Can't complain too much about the product. It does what it says and helped me get around the hippie dippy muffler laws.

Bought a Duramax LBZ truck with direct exhaust and it was too loud for me, especially since I have to tow. This muffler eliminated most of the noise from changing turbocharger vanes etc that caused the rumble, but it delivers a much nicer, deep, rumbling sound. Used on an 01 24v VP44 Cummins, replaced the aluminized 5" diamond muffler lug with a stainless 4" MBRP system that was missing the muffler. Towing 10-15km on a regular straight pipe is too much. The 4" didn't hum because of the stainless steel, but overall it's too loud. I bought this muffler to replace an MBRP aluminum muffler that was starting to fall apart at the seams. This stainless steel UPower muffler is quite good for 4" MBRP exhaust. The intake/exhaust pipes do not fit the flanges of this muffler at the same depth as the MBRP muffler - they are about 3/4" on either side " fewer. I bought this for my 2001 F-350 with a 7.3 diesel. I already had a 4" turbo rear exhaust on a straight pipe truck. I tow new RV's with it so about 50% of the time I'm driving cross country it has a trailer attached to it driving the drone at 65mph (where I normally drive when towing, that's about 1900rpm ) drove me crazy.
