Missing parts in cabinet hardware

I have bought many different drawer slides and this is the first without screws. I have to run to the Home Depot to get some screws. Frustrating and time consuming.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • No machine

Very light use only

There were problems with channel flexing, causing the ball bearings to loosen and separate. Probably suitable for a very light operation. The boxes weighed about 10 pounds. 2 out of 3 failed with minimal uptime

Pros
  • Drawer slides
Cons
  • Long lead time

Relatively light duty, suitable for Units

I would like them to indicate the thickness of the metal. I'd consider them fairly light (sheet metal is 24 or 23 ga, not the 20 ga that other drawer slides I'm made of are made of). In addition, a "hard stop" is realized by slightly narrowing the inner end of the slider, which prevents the bearings from fully engaging when fully extended. This causes additional hesitation in what is no longer a solid action. Not a flop, good for the price but not a high quality heavy duty slide either.

Pros
  • Cabinet Units
Cons
  • Instructions No.

Mounting screws not included

I did not install these rails as they did not come with screws. I checked all the packaging and each pair of slides that were packaged together and no screws. As a result, I never installed them and sent them back. Upon inspection they appear to be made the same way as all other full extension slides I have used. These are the first of many slides I've purchased that didn't come with mounting screws, so I just assumed they did. If you take the time to read the fine print on a web page, you'll…

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Drill Pack
